Client Responsibilities

Delays from the client side may affect delivery schedules.

Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or contract terms
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension or delay
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be transferred to the client
• AnimCode retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Any third-party tools, libraries, or licenses used will remain subject to their respective terms

Confidentiality

AnimCode agrees to keep all client data, business information, and project details confidential and will not disclose them without prior consent.

Data Security

We follow industry-standard security practices to protect project data. However, AnimCode shall not be held liable for breaches caused by third-party services or unforeseen cyber incidents.

Revisions & Support

• A defined number of revisions may be included as per the project agreement
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Post-delivery support will be provided as per agreed terms or maintenance contracts

Limitation of Liability

AnimCode shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by external dependencies or third-party services

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
• Breach of terms
• Non-payment
• Mutual agreement
In such cases, payment for completed work up to termination will be due.

Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways). AnimCode is not responsible for the performance, policies, or failures of these services.

Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data protection and software usage.
